Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Mymoree (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service includes the website at mymoree.com, the Mymoree iOS app, the Mymoree Chrome extension distributed through the Chrome Web Store, and related features we provide.

2. Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mymoree. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account — including activity from the website, iOS app, and Chrome extension when signed in to the same account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or by interfering with its normal operation.

If you install the Chrome extension, you also agree to Google’s Chrome Web Store terms that apply to that installation. Uninstalling the extension or closing your Mymoree account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; manage billing in Settings or contact us.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the bookmarks, links, and other content you save to Mymoree. By saving content — including from the Chrome extension or iOS share sheet — you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to summarize, tag, and make it searchable.

You are responsible for the content you save and must have the right to save and store it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mymoree to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. No ads, no ad trackers

Mymoree is funded by subscriptions, not advertising. We do not display advertising in the Service, we do not sell sponsored placements in your library, and we do not sell your personal information or share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not run advertising or ad-retargeting trackers in the website, iOS app, or Chrome extension.

We use limited product analytics to understand how features are used, as described in our Privacy Policy — consent-based on the web and switchable off in Settings. If we ever change how Mymoree is funded in a way that affects this commitment, we will give notice through the Service before it takes effect.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Mymoree available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including individual clients such as the website, iOS app, or Chrome extension.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mymoree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
